Avgi's journey into the world of immersive theatre began during her university years. While studying Theatre and Performance at the Guildford School of Acting, she discovered this captivating art form that would shape her creative path. However, her connection with the stage began much earlier in life when she started as a child actor in her home country, Cyprus.

She later pursued a master's degree in Advanced Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Her recipe for inspiration? It's a blend of the finest ingredients: a serene walk in nature, the artistry of cooking, the challenge of hot yoga and a touch of whimsy as she hangs upside down on an aerial hammock.
